“Sarah at Muttlins walked both our Bulldog X's Ren & Stimpy for over a year and helped us with their behaviour. Sadly we lost Ren a few months back and Sarah helped us through the traumatic time of the death of a loved pet. Her advice and care was of a great comfort to us which we will always remember.

Sarah stills walks Stimpy 5 days a week and has her for boarding when required. She is incredibly knowledgeable about dog behaviour and cares about the dogs she looks after. Sarah is very easy to talk to and we can always find out how Stimpy gets on during the day, so we still feel involved too.

Stimpy always gets incredibly excited when she sees Sarah and it makes me happy that she is with someone she loves and trusts. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to walk Stimpy but Sarah at Muttlins and cannot say enough great things about her, and how she has moulded Stimpy to well rounded dog that is a pleasure to be with. “My Golden Retriever "Millie" has been going to Sarah for crèche since she was just 16 weeks old. Sarah has been fantastic, she looks after all the dogs as if they were her own, I wouldn't leave Millie with anyone else. If you are a dog owner and are looking for someone special to look after your dog when you can't be around Sarah is totally amazing, nothing is too much trouble and the dogs really do have a fabulous time and are totally exhausted and ready for "bed" when they get home!

“ Monty has a great time at Muttlins, Sarah is firm but fair with him as he sometimes likes to think he is boss! He goes on some great walks and she is teaching him to swim which is great. “ Our German Shorthaired Pointer, Oskar, first met "Auntie", as she is now referred to by all members of the family, as a 6 month-old puppy and the relationship has blossomed ever since. Oskar needed to be looked after whilst I attended work meetings during the day. My first impression was one of professionalism and knowledge of dogs. After a few visits, it soon became apparent that Oskar had bonded with Sarah and really enjoyed being the in gang. Oskar always comes home looking content and tired from all the stimulation. Sending him to Muttlins is a terrific way of continuing to socialize him and exposing him to a variety of dogs.

It is Sarah's attitude, commitment and love of the job that stands out from the competition. She is reliable, tenacious, caring and always willing to help if she can. She is quite literally the "Dog Whisperer"! I know that Oskar is treated as one of her own, no matter how much of a challenge he is! During my pregnancy and beyond, she has continued to help us with training Oskar. We cannot praise and thank Sarah enough for her care and frankly, we wouldn't know where we would be without her.”

"We acquired our beautiful labrador collie cross 'Lucy' 2 1/2 years ago as a puppy from a local rescue centre. Lucy was not to be left on her own throughout the day so with haste we visited the pet shop to find a 'doggy day care service', one staff member 'raved' about a company that his parents had used for their family pet during trips away. On contacting Sarah at Muttlins she was more than happy to take on our unhousetrained 12 week old puppy. The following week Sarah met Lucy on a walk with a number of Muttlins 'friends'. We knew instantly Lucy would be loved & cared for so without hesitation Lucy was a member of the Muttlins Gang!!"

“We rescued Chester three years ago, Teddy joined the family eighteen months ago and as professional people we both work long hours so the midday walk for active collies is essential. They both enjoy their run with Sarah and this is very apparent when we meet her walking dogs at the weekend! When we have visited family abroad she has provided a home from home for them, and looks after them as well as we can.

Both are potentially difficult dogs but Sarah has an excellent rapport with them, resulting in their enjoying their walks and behaving themselves. We are able to continue to work, assured that they are in good hands.”

I was introduced to Muttlins 4 Pets through Cassie at Pawsonal Services when I needed home from home boarding for my rescue dog Batley. Kennels completely stressed him out and Batley was not only Houdini’s best student but he had no respect or regard for people or fellow dogs. Through Sarah’s training regime of ‘firm, fair and repetition’ Batley has calmed into an eager to please, obedient and loving dog, the change is incredible. Sarah has a great rapport with the dogs and provides an excellent, flexible and cost-effective service.
